The Damnwells

The first tour behind No One Listens To The Band Anymore is now complete.  Big thanks to everyone who came out and enjoyed themselves.  It was a blast playing with the Harper Blynn guys.  That was the first of many more Damnwells tours for 2011.  Luxembourg, here we come!  Check out the tour page on our site for some recently announced dates.

During the course of recording and releasing the album, we made a number of videos.  Now, it’s your turn!  We’re holding a contest for a fan-directed music video.  Choose a song from the new album and make a music video.  Be creative – we’re looking forward to seeing what you can come up with.  Sadly, none of the band members are able to appear in the video (unless you turn them into puppets…), but don’t let that stop you from creating your masterpiece.

Create your video and upload it to YouTube or Vimeo (please do NOT send us the actual video file!), then send the link to damnwellsvideo@gmail.com no later than end of day, May 20th.  From there, we’ll pick the best video and post it online for the world to enjoy.   Just remember to thank us when you win the Oscar.
